Vendor Setup Information

Vendor setup times for the 2026 market:

• Thursday, June 18: Noon – 8:00 PM
• Friday, June 19: 6:30 AM – 1:00 PM

Vendors submit the following documents: Market Rules & Regulations, Waiver, Release & Indemnification Agreement, and Certificate of Liability Insurance. Submissions are sent via email (maryfest.org@gmail.com) or mail (P.O. Box 855, Marysville, WA 98270). No personal or business checks are accepted after June 1, 2026.
