Be ringside when Combat Pro Wrestling returns to Strawberry Festival

The North Snohomish County-based Combat Pro Wrestling group attracts wrestlers from around the region. Promoters were elated by the welcome that greeted them last year, as much as their first visit in 2019, said Scott Dutton, promoter and co-owner of the company.
“This is our favorite show of the year to do at this point and we love being invited,” Dutton said. “We enjoy the environment and the community. The spectators really get into it.”
Combat Pro Wrestling is a family-oriented entertainment company that has been around for about ten years. The wrestlers’ passion and athleticism are on full display in an environment suitable for all ages.
Dutton said they try to keep the event entertaining and clean. “We do this mostly because we love to do it. This is our church. This is what we do for fun.”
Ringside fans will be able to get in on the shows in 2026, Dutton said. This year, organizers are amping up the engagement, ensuring the audience is a central part of the experience. Expect plenty of audience interaction as the crowd helps drive the energy of the night.
All belts are on the line including Cruiser Weight, Tag Team, CPW World Championship, Strawberry Fest Championship and International along with our one and only Grappling Championship. “We are the only ones with the Grappling Championship, so it’s unique; it’s a throwback to Greco-Roman style wrestling,”
There will also be an over-the-top-rope battle royale with 20-30 people in the ring at once—the last one left standing wins.
Dutton offered one piece of advice that onlookers ringside should take to heart: “If wrestlers tell you to watch out or get out of the way, please get out of the way.”
